Left the kite leaning in the wrong spot. My daughter (2) stepped on it and the tips of both leading edge spars are broken. Where can I order some new parts from.

I didn't realize I would get help from the guy who designed the product. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that.

That's what I thought.... but it seems very loose when just looped over... as though there is really no tension at all on the leech line.

Is it possible the loop is tied too far out.

When tightening the leech line (white dacron) does the loop go in the notch or do I pull the Knot through the notch.. I looked at the photos on eds gallerey but I still am unclear.
