Ockert of Germany manufactures kite line and other accessories.

Their plastic winders have twin cut-outs that serve as a built-in line equalizer. Very cool idea.

Unfortunately I have been unable to find a US retailer of Climax kite products.

If anyone has a clue as to where I might find these winders please send me a PM.
