I recieved several center t's for my pyro xs today in the mail.
You have also previously sent me nosepieces for my firecracker.
I told you (chris, Rob) in an email i would be glad to pay for my parts. But they were just sent free of charge.
You guys just want to keep your flyers in the air huh?!
This is customer support at its finest!
I know i will be needing something in the future,I now fly a pyro xs and a techno.
well mainly a techno
Are you thinking about putting replacement parts and extras on the site for sale? or do you want me to call/email every time I need something?
Which hopefully wont be much. or anytime soon! I just dont want to be "that guy" that always needs something, you know?

Your favorite dealer is on the front lines, they are the ones that sold you the kite, made the profit from the kite and are suppose to be the one you turn to for help initially.
Now with the internet and help forums such as this one, you can talk direcly with the designers, the salesman, the manufacturer so things have changed a bit, but still, the store you bought your kite from is always the first place you should go to for parts IMO.
Chris may say otherwise....
If the shop you bought your kite from doesnt help you , I would look for another shop to buy from, one that carries parts, does full service. There are more and more internet shops now that do offer full service.
Now when that doesnt work, contact New Tech via email and our staff will be happy to help you.
We are trying to ensure for the upcomming season that we have every part available to your farvorite dealer. We have made great advances this year, but there is always room to improve.
