At New Tech Kites, we work hard to work with our customers to not only provide them with goods, but also with friendly banter, laughter and even friendship. It saddens our hearts to lose one of those friends. Allen Nance, with Kiteandwind.com, passed away sometime last week, and was found on 12/14 in his home. We will dearly miss Allen, as he has been not only a great customer, but a great friend. Allen, buddy, RIP.

New Tech Kites mourns the loss of Charles (AJ) Jackson. AJ was an unpaid test flyer and friend to the new management team that arrived at New Tech Kites in 2001. We enjoyed his camaraderie and spirit and he helped us acclimate to Austin and Texas. AJ passed in pursuit of another day doing what he loved, harnessing the wind.
