I just got a Big Bang Pro as my first “real” sport kite. I love it after just flying it once in some fairly heavy wind. I even managed an axel without a tip wrap. My bridle is a little off on one side, but I will adjust that. My question is about line length. I know that line length is a matter of personal preference for most, but how short can I realistically go with the BB Pro? I flew it on the stock 100’ lines (one stretched more than the other), but my flying field is limited. It’s a fairly narrow beach. I will try to order some line and make my own set, but how short can I go? I plan to work on my freestyle far more then on any precision flying. Thanks.

When you use short lines, things happen really fast! 65' is about the shortest I'd go with a regular wind kite.

if the winds are normal-high dont use short lines(nor thin lines) the kite will be fast. the shortest i go on my big bang std is 65ft also and thats for low winds(around 3-5mph) for normal wind(around 7mph) i use 75-80ft which is what i use for all my other kites.
