They should send you the part you need immediately. Tell them that the standoff connector for the lower spreader was missing. it is a 4x3mm connector. If you are not satisfied with their service and do not recieve the part, then the next step is to contact Chris@newtechkites.com and the staff at NTK will take care of you. Sorry you had trouble, follow these steps and we will get you back in the air quickly.
